Cooling Castle is located in the Medway area of Kent near the city of Rochester. The castle was built in the 1380s by John Cobham. The barns, located right next to Cooling Castle dates back to the 17th century.

The Cooling Castle Barns pride on the fact that only one wedding is held per day providing their full commitment to one wedding party. Three barns form the wedding venue.
The Fathom is licensed to carry out the wedding ceremony. If this is not quite to your taste, the pavilion located in the gardens is also licensed venue for wedding ceremonies. Heritage barn is where the guests are welcome with drinks and refreshments. Finally, the all important wedding breakfast and evening receptions can be held at the Tithe.
